1 1/2 Cup presoaked chickpeas (black beans, edamame)
3TB lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
(extras can be spinach, artichokes, cilantro, peppers, roasted garlic…)
1- Soak beans
2- cook beans for 30-40 min
3-All all to Vita Mix
Note – if to thick add small amount of lemon juice or olive oil. You need to cook the beans longer next time.
