Spaghetti Squash

I pricked it with a fork a couple times and tossed it in the oven for about 1 hour at 375.  When it came out I cut it in half and scooped out the seeds and shredded the rest with a fork.  It had a very mild taste and a slight crunch that was perfect because I was not excited about it being mushy and it was no

spaghetii squash
